I have seen Rebecca for the last year now and she is a life saver! I have attended her puppy yoga class, therapy ball classes, stretch yourself before you wreck yourself class and the super hero shoulder class. All of them have brought me great results and me always leaving after a class saying "wow I really needed that more then I thought"... sometimes we forget we need to take care of ourselves. I recently had been in a horrible car accident that left me with a sore shoulder and neck along with some vertigo. I decided to go to her super hero shoulder class and I'm so glad I did! I was the first time in three weeks that I had the vertigo symptoms be less and that I could move my shoulder and neck more fluidly. Thank you Rebecca!!! 😊

Rebecca is phenomenal, the techniques she is trained in and utilize by far surpasses every other LMT around. After one, yes one LOKTE Method session, I stopped going to physical therapy twice weekly, as it they didn't give me the same relief. Between the LOKTE method, Fascial Stretch Therapy & Massage my migraines/neck pain stay in check with regular sessions. Your wellness IS their #1 focus.

I’m an avid runner and had a few issues with posterior tibial tendonitis in the past and Rebecca used her LOKTE method which worked wonders. I was there today for a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder area and instantly felt better after some fascial stretch therapy. She definitely knows what she’s doing and highly recommended her, to anyone who is in pain.

took the hip opener class with Rebecca and it did hurt. but the next day i was pain free walking taller and straighter. well worth the time and money.

I went to Rebecca for my ‘neck/shoulder/headache’ thing and she was like ‘Ooh, I love headaches.’ SHE LOVES HEADACHES. She also loves plantar fasciitis and all kinds of tangled body nightmares. She does this cool LOKTE method of myofascial release, where she applies pressure to certain places and has you move around it, to release what’s bound. It’s really cool and effective. She offers stretching classes, yoga, and deep tissue massage, which I can also attest are all incredible. Highly recommend her to everyone I know.

I attended the superhero shoulder workshop and who knew my triceps would be sore!?!? My vinyasa yoga class the next day was tough but in a good way. It’s been four days and the shoulder pain has remained at bay. I learned a lot and am able to apply the methods to my daily activities.

I have had both Rebecca and Natalie work on me. My last visit was an 'emergency' visit. I couldn't turn my head to the left and sleeping was a nightmare. Natalie worked on me for 60 minutes. I cannot believe the relief. I am completely sold. Healers.
