A note about what happens when you cancel…..

Here at Michigan Massage and Wellness we take every step necessary to help you remember your appointments. You will receive an email confirmation 48 hours before and a text confirmation 24 hours before. (Please make sure your account is updated with your most current information).

While we do understand that emergencies arise and things happen, when you have a bodywork session scheduled and cancel it at the last minute, even when we are booked out several weeks in advance we are unable to fill that time slot with another appointment on a moments notice. This leads to lost wages and frustrated clients that still have to wait several weeks for an opening.

Effective January 1, 2018:

• Any bodywork sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed 50% of the session total and any sessions canceled with less than 4 hours notice will be billed at 100% of the session total.
• Any group classes/workshops/series that have been prepaid and canceled with 24 hours notice or before will receive a 50% credit that can be used for classes or bodywork. Less than 24 hours notice will not receive studio credit.

Exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis, and of course true emergencies (extreme illness, hospitalization, death, real life Jumanji and aliens taking over the world) will be taken into consideration.
