Week 2-Reboot Your Glutes. Low back pain? Tight hamstrings? We’ve got your butt covered!
Week 3-Reset Your Neck. Headaches? Shoulder pain? This upper body focused class is going to target all of these problems and more!
Week 4-Rest and Restore. Take a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while rolling away your worries and down regulating your central nervous system.
Combining the highly effective Roll Model® therapy balls with the unique Yoga Tune Up® movement and methodology you will leave this series with not only a better understanding of how your body moves and works, but with an arsenal of tools for your self-care toolbox.
