If you spend 80% of your day in a seated position or want to improve your hip mobility so you can wow everyone on the dance floor (or are just tired of getting out of bed in the morning and walking like you’re 80 when you’re only 35) So many postures require the hips to be flexible and strong but repeated improper alignment can create pain and injury.
This hip workshop will guide you through playful and challenging techniques that create spaciousness in the hip joint, increase your range of movement, and show you how to align yourself with consistent precision. We’ll use the Roll Model® therapy balls for a full body rolling session and work our way through several fundamental poses for better hip movement and mobility.
