Back in September, I was excited to not only visit a new state (Colorado) but also get trained as a Level 1 Lokte Method practitioner. Currently, yours truly is the only one in the Metro Detroit area that is offering this service and I couldn’t be more excited about it.
What is Lokte Method, you ask? It’s a form of connective tissue release that not only reduces pain but also increases range of motion. This is NOT your traditional massage, it’s often performed on the floor, and you don’t even have to undress for it. Results can be quick AND lasting. I had a new client come to see me recently for daily plantar fasciitis pain, and a 30 minute LM session gave her almost a full month of relief.
