Stretching For Self Care: Remote Worker Edition
Stretching: How, Where, Why?
That is the question.
It’s something that I hear time and time again. Or more, the plight of the modern day worker:
“I want to start a stretching routine but I don’t know where to start”
“I’m overwhelmed with the amount of information out there”
“I feel like I need a medical degree to sort through everything out there”
“I simply don’t have time” (my personal favorite, because if you can’t carve out 5-10 minutes a day to stretch, maybe you need to reevaluate your priorities).
Keep Your Stretches Simple
That’s the problem with everyone these days, they think that in order to be successful at something it needs to be over complicated or you need to spend an hour a day doing it.
Lucky for you, I understand that people are busy and I get that our modern lifestyles have turned us into a group of short attention span, always looking for the next best thing, want it done quick, easy and effectively while putting forth minimal effort. And while we offer classes at our Troy office, and we can also stretch you in a Fascial Stretch Therapy session, things aren’t always conducive to your schedule, not to mention this new work from home life that so many of you are living right now (and with no end in sight) so I created a solution….

Perfect, you’ve got endless opportunities to move.
No more watching endless videos for up to 10 minutes before you even get a stretch to do. Your distractions are eliminated and we cut through the BS and immediately start moving. All you need to do is: Press play, follow along, and you’re done!
Stop making excuses and start making progress towards better health. You wear your body every day, don’t you think it deserves to be taken care of? Let us help get you there.
