Stretching: How, Where, Why?

It’s something that I hear time and time again. Or more, the plight of the modern day worker:

This self paced, 4 week program features 20 videos that are an average of 5 minutes in length that you can do virtually anywhere. Spend 80 hours a week at your desk? No worries, you can use your desk and chair. Stuck at an airport on a 10 hour layover? Find a corner and get to work. You work from home and are on conference call after conference call? Perfect, you’ve got endless opportunities to move.
