Michigan Massage and Wellness is now offering auto insurance massage treatments.
If you’ve suffered an injury as a result of an auto accident (either vehicle to vehicle or vehicle vs pedestrian) your doctor might prescribe massage therapy as part of your rehabilitation process. Michigan Massage and Wellness is now able to bill your insurance for your massage and bodywork services.
You must have a valid prescription as well as claim information when scheduling your appointment so please be sure to have that information handy so we may expedite the process and get you scheduled and set up with a treatment plan as quickly as possible so as not to delay your healing.
Please call the office at 248-795-5196 or email info@michiganmassageandwellness.com the following information:
- Patients name, address, DOB
- Insurance adjuster’s contact information and claim number
- Brief description of the accident (including date)
- A copy of a valid prescription for massage/manual therapy
