MASSAGE SERVICES
The Escape
90 minutes / $130
Settle in on a heated table underneath the warmth of a heated neck wrap, warming pad for your belly and a weighted blanket to help you drift off into a sea of calm as your therapist applies warm paraffin with essential oil to your hands and feet. A warm salt stone neck and shoulder massage accompanies a deeply relaxing and therapeutic session that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
When you overdid it at the gym, your garden is demanding more than you bargained for, that pain in your back/shoulder/neck/etc has been there for months (or years) or you just need a more targeted approach to pain, The Fix is for you. 60 minutes is ideal for 1-2 areas of focus, a 90 minute will allow for a full body massage as well as targeted work on the areas that trouble you the most and our 120 minute session is the ultimate in pain relief. Your therapist will determine the best course of action for your treatment and may include some stretching, cupping, scraping and use of the Trigger Point massage gun.
The Rest & Restore massage will feel like a mini vacation that instantly makes you forget your worries. If you get the oil changed in your car more often than you get on a massage table, let our therapists melt your stress and worry away using a combination of soothing and restorative techniques. Perfect for those who are seeking stress relief, want to enhance wellness, and are seeking tranquility. If you are looking for more targeted pain relief or a deeper tissue session, look at The Fix treatment.
Are you or someone you know expecting? Prenatal massage is tremendously beneficial for both mom and baby through every step of pregnancy. Let the soothing strokes calm frazzled nerves, as well as many of those “wonderful” symptoms such as irritability, swelling, nausea, fatigue and sciatic pain. This is also a great introduction to massage for the new arrival!
Developed in France in 1932, The Vodder Method is the most widely known and used manual technique to assist lymph flow and drainage of tissues. This gentle work may help with preparation for (and recovery from) surgery, improve skin tone and texture, assist with reduction of inflammation, chronic pain and supports relaxation and lowers stress in the body.
Try our 30 minute session specifically for headaches, sinus problems and allergies.
The 60 minute session focuses on 1-2 areas (such as the upper body or lower body) and the 90 minute session is perfect for a full body treatment, relief from chronic pain such as fibromyalgia or for patients who are preparing for or recovering from any type of surgery.
Please be advised this is not a traditional massage but rather specific movements and techniques designed to get your lymphatic fluid moving where it may be stuck and can be what is causing some of the long term issues you may be experiencing.
We have a separate pre/post op service option available, and it is recommended that as soon as you have your surgery date you schedule your aftercare sessions as Rebecca’s schedule books out about 4 weeks in advance. Emergency/priority appointments may be available within 48-72 hours for a nominal fee. Please reach out to our office to discuss your surgery so a treatment plan may be recommended.
The best of both worlds! Enjoy a split session with both fascial stretching and massage. Our recommendation would be a lower body stretch session that is done fully clothed and works to release restrictions in the body and improve mobility and flexibility with a gentle yet effective stretch followed by an upper body therapeutic massage for more targeted work on those common areas such as the shoulders, neck and head that are plagued with stiffness, tension and discomfort. Please plan to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing for the stretch portion.
This “express” 30 minute session is designed more for targeted work on 1-2 areas rather than a full body massage. This is a popular option for clients who may want just an upper body massage or who want to commit to a more frequent massage schedule that doesn’t break the bank or serves as a great ‘touch up’ in between your monthly 60 or 90 minute sessions. However, we HIGHLY recommend only booking this as a follow up session after you have been to our office at least once for a longer visit.
Our stretching, scar/MPS and manual therapy sessions are generally done with the client fully clothed. If you’re uncomfortable with disrobing or you’re not into ‘massage’, try one of our specialty services. Please plan to wear comfortable clothing that you can move in (i.e., yoga pants, shorts, sweatpants, t-shirt, etc)
Fascial Stretching
30 minutes / $50 and up
60 minutes / $95 and up
90 minutes / $130
Fascial Stretching may feel gentle but you’ll be surprised at how effective it is. By incorporating traction and slow movements, fascial stretching can help to reduce or eliminate tight muscles, stiff joints, pain and improves flexibility, muscle activation and relaxation. This is the solution to those sticky, icky joints that cause you so many problems. Get “stretch drunk” today.
This pin and stretch technique is amazing for plantar fasciitis, back pain, carpal tunnel, sciatica, shin splints, migraines and more. For the ultimate in pain relief and mobility improvement consider combining a Lokte and Fascial Stretching session together.
Pressed for time and stress levels are at a 15/10? Try BFA! Battlefield Acupuncture helps to calm the central nervous system for quick relief from pain, stress, depression and anxiety by treating 5 specific points in the ear as well as several other calming points elsewhere in the body. Using microcurrent instead of needles, patients have reported their anxiety and stress levels going from a 10/10 down to a 3/10 after a single session as well as improved sleep and a reduction in pain.
MPS Therapy treats pain by reducing stress, relaxing muscles and releasing endorphins by treating acupuncture and trigger points (without needles). Complete or substantial relief (60-85%) from pain often occurs within 1-5 applications.
30 minutes is ideal for headaches/migraines, ankle sprains, back pain and general stress, depression, anxiety and small scars (less than 7 inches).
60 minutes is designed for complicated problems (frozen shoulder, scoliosis, recovery from surgery, severe depression, anxiety, trauma, etc.) as well as larger scars (over 7 inches), reconstructive surgery and mastectomy scars.
90 minutes is for patients who have had extensive surgeries such as open heart, double mastectomy with tissue flap transfer, gender reassignment, etc.
If you are unsure of how much time your scars will need, please contact our office prior to scheduling.
TMJ (Temporomandibular joint) pain can cause headaches, neck pain and even make eating certain foods painful. If you are grinding your teeth, clenching your jaw or simply under a lot of stress, this session is for you. Using MPS Therapy to treat acupuncture and trigger points, this treatment has been more effective and less painful than traditional therapies. Clients have noticed immediate and substantial relief in as little as one session.
Whether you had a c-section 6 weeks ago or 60 years ago, MPS Therapy may still help to relieve some of the tightness and tension that is the result of scar tissue as well as the emotional trauma that may accompany it. Patients have experienced lasting relief from back pain, bloating, pulling/tugging, numbness and more by receiving this work and often times, substantial, lasting relief comes in as little as 1-5 sessions.
Treatment for concussions, TBIs, neurological issues, pain and more. Using acupuncture points this treatment is ideal for anyone with head trauma. MPS Therapy treats pain by reducing stress in the body, relaxing muscles and releasing endorphins by treating acupuncture and trigger points in the body. This concussion protocol was developed to treat head trauma and allow the body to reduce cortisol (stress), relieve symptoms and pain.
Cupping can alleviate pain, tightness and release stubborn knots in the whole body and uses a variety of techniques depending on your specific issues. Expect targeted pain relief that can affect muscles and tissues up to 4 inches deep. Keep in mind that due to the nature of the work, you may leave the session with some temporary marks that usually fade in a few days. 90 minutes treats 3-4 areas and allows enough time for a full body massage, and 60 minutes is ideal for more targeted focus.
For auto injury clients only. Please contact our office before booking this service so we may verify your claim and benefits which may include no out-of-pocket costs to you.
Please note that prices listed are for prepay appointments or same day pay services
