Fascial Stretching + Massage

Gentle, effective stretching combined with a restorative massage gives you the best of both worlds for those nagging aches and pains.

The best of both worlds! Enjoy a split session with both fascial stretching and massage. Our recommendation would be a lower body stretch session that is done fully clothed and works to release restrictions in the body and improve mobility and flexibility with a gentle yet effective stretch followed by an upper body therapeutic massage for more targeted work on those common areas such as the shoulders, neck and head that are plagued with stiffness, tension and discomfort. Please plan to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing for the stretch portion.
