This “express” 30 minute session is designed more for targeted work on 1-2 areas rather than a full body massage. This is a popular option for clients who may want just an upper body massage or who want to commit to a more frequent massage schedule that doesn’t break the bank or serves as a great ‘touch up’ in between your monthly therapeutic 60 or 90 minute sessions. However, we HIGHLY recommend only booking this as a follow up session after you have been to our office at least once for a longer visit.
Quick Fix Therapeutic Massage
Our 30-minute quick fix massage offers a quick escape from daily stress and tension and promotes muscle relief and relaxation. Ideal for a rejuvenating break in your busy day.
